The final co-founder of TACKL Health, Lauren Hetzel's career has focused on high-end hospitality, luxury interior decor and design, and high-level sales. Her expertise within the TACKL Health organization is in business development, specifically within the airports.
Ms. Hetzel graduated from Miami University (OH) in 2012 with degrees in Journalism and in Political
Science. Ms. Hetzel was instrumental in expanding TACKL Health into its current airports and in growing TACKL Health into the second largest in-airport COVID-19 testing company in the United States.
Lauren has a keen and unique understanding of what is required to successfully open, operate, and
maintain airport COVID-19 testing locations as she personally approached, contracted with, designed,
built out, supplied and staffed the airport testing spaces; acted as the main media contact for our airport locations; and continues to oversee the continued success. Lauren is also the main contact for each airport and concession director with which we work. She has additionally been at the forefront of transitioning TACKL Health’s current COVID-19 testing-specific space leases into long term travel health and wellness tenancies with each airport, which would not be possible without the success of each of the COVID-19 testing sites, as well as expanding the TACKL Health and Wellness spaces into additional airport locations.
She has proven herself as one of the country’s top experts on opening and running in-airport COVID-19 testing locations, as she is one of the few individuals in the United States who has executed this successfully and repeatedly in airport locations across the country.

Prior to TACKL Health, Ms. Hetzel owned a high-end vacation rental interior decor and design firm,
Timber & Tide Homes, where she worked with million plus dollar flagship Savannah properties for full renovations. Her work was featured in Savannah Homes Magazine.
Ms. Hetzel honed her customer service and hospitality experience at the Forbes Five Star resort, The Cloister.
