As of April 4, 2022, individuals enrolled in Medicare Part B, Medicare Advantage, or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) can get up to 8 FREE at-home COVID-19 tests for the month. They can then get another set of 8 FREE tests for every calendar month that follows, until the program ends.

 

You can request up to 8 FREE tests by simply filling out the form below. Once your request is submitted and Medicare information verified, your FREE COVID-19 tests will be shipped right to your home.
